Patricia qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 1986 and after a number of years working in acute surgery and oncology within the NHS she obtained a specialist qualification in Occupational Health nursing.
With over 18 years experience in Occupational Health Patricia has worked in a diverse range of Occupational Health settings. Since joining the Robens in 2003 she has developed, planned and evaluated managed Occupational Health services to a client portfolio of over 30 organisations, including public and private enterprises.
Patricia has extensive experience in Occupational Health policy development service needs assessment and management.
